The future of humanity may be in the hands of a special group of children born with exceptional powers, a psychic medium has claimed.
Jill M Jackson told the Daily Mail that these so-called ‘starseeds’ are souls with origins beyond Earth, reincarnated in human bodies after living elsewhere in the universe.
She said these gifted children, with telepathic and healing abilities, have appeared in waves over generations, with the last decade bringing two particularly notable waves.
‘The guardians of these children talk about really needing to be aware of their thoughts, because their children can telepathically hear what they are saying, even being in the other room,’ Jackson explained.
‘One parent gave me an example. She was in the kitchen thinking about whether it was time to try to wean her child off the car seat, but she did not say it out loud.
‘She was just thinking it, and her child ran from the other room and said to her, “Mom, I’m not ready for my car seat to go away. Please don’t get rid of it.”‘
In her new book, ‘Children of the New Earth,’ Jackson identifies a group of these reincarnated souls born around 2015, whom she calls ‘Golden Ray children.’
According to the psychic, they are quiet and introverted, have never incarnated on Earth before, but are highly gifted, including an unusual talent for navigating modern technology.
Through her channeling experiences, Jackson claimed to have learned that Golden Ray children have come to Earth in order guide humanity through the modern challenges surrounding technology.

Jackson, who has twice been named ‘Psychic of the Year,’ has spent years studying communication with the deceased and the practice of channeling, entering a deep trance to receive messages from beings in other dimensions, and, she said, sometimes from other star systems.
She told the Daily Mail that around 2014, she began receiving information from a higher-dimensional group consciousness she calls the ‘Emerald Group,’ which shared details about a new generation of gifted children and their roles on Earth.
Later, another ninth-dimensional consciousness, ‘Solomon,’ provided additional insights about these ‘starseeds,’ their abilities, and missions to help humanity evolve.
Jackson explained that the human spirits she has observed since birth exist on the fifth and sixth dimensions after death, and eventually rejoin a collective consciousness many near-death experiencers call ‘the Source.’
The psychic added that this higher realm is where souls learn how to choose their next incarnation and the experiences they will have on Earth.
The gifted children, according to the psychic, were sent to help with fears about AI, the blending of humans with machines and high-tech implants (transhumanism), and the increasing pace of the digital revolution throughout society.
Due to their lack of past lives on this planet, however, the psychic claimed that Golden Ray children often struggle to understand human conflict and end up needing alternative schooling or homeschooling.
Meanwhile, the newest starseeds, known as the ‘Solar Ray children,’ allegedly began arriving on Earth in the 2020s and may hold even more astonishing gifts.

Not only did Jackson’s research reveal that these toddlers displayed strong telepathic skills and innate healing abilities.
A mother told Jackson she was experiencing a severe migraine, which her daughter had never seen, when the child said they could remove the pain by placing their hand on the woman’s head.
‘[The mother] closed her eyes, and her child just knew to lay the hands on her and flow the energy through, and the headache was gone,’ Jackson said.
She also claimed they had a unique connection with the animal kingdom, emitting an energy that wildlife gravitates toward.
The psychic has been receiving emails from the parents of alleged Solar Ray children claiming that animals that wandered into their backyards would actually bow in reverence when coming face to face with these youngsters.
‘The wild animals can see their aura, and they can see their purity, and they know they’re not going to ever harm them,’ Jackson explained.
These children, according to the psychic, are ‘highly evolved souls’ who had come to Earth to help humanity rethink and clarify what traditional religions have taught about figures like Jesus.
She believed that much of what people have been told doesn’t fully match the original, purer teachings of the Bible.

As for how to identify a child who may possess extraordinary abilities, Jackson said, look into their eyes.
‘Many times the eyes have a depth to them where it feels like they’re peering through, all the way through to your soul, like they know aspects of the soul,’ she explained.
‘Another way is they start talking about knowledge that you know that they have not been exposed to. There’s no way they learned that in school. It’s very esoteric-type wisdom and knowledge.’
Additionally, Jackson shared that starseeds, both from this generation and from decades ago, often can see and communicate with spirits of the recently deceased.
These kids may start talking to people who are not in the room and claim they’re a relative who has died, even if they never met that individual.
‘It’s important to support your children and your grandchildren and honor their experiences, because they are very real, because they need that. They need safe containers to be able to explore their true missions here on the planet, because it’s going to help every single one of us on the planet right now.’
