The former Hollywood actress, who will turn 40-years-old in April, displayed her figure in a low-cut black bra top that exposed her small midsection.
Bynes added black basketball shorts that flashed her toned legs and array of tattoos, and carried a Dior handbag as she headed to her car.
The star was later seen arm-in-arm with her boyfriend Zachary Khan as they enjoyed a shopping trip while she held onto a Red Bull energy drink.
The former fashion designer has lost an impressive 30lbs after using the diabetes drug Ozempic that has weight loss as a side effect.
