Raye has issued an apology and said she’s ‘completely devastated’ after 65 ticket holders were banned from entering her Paris show in an ‘unacceptable’ blunder.

The English singer-songwriter, 28, took to the stage at the Accor Arena in Paris on Sunday as part of the Europe leg on her tour.

But after a ‘Ticketmaster system error’, 65 gig goers were turned away from entering the venue despite having tickets.

Raye has since apologised to fans who were refused entry – and offered them future tickets to any gig of their choice with a signed vinyl.

Taking to her Instagram Story on Tuesday evening, Raye wrote: ‘I am completely devastated for the 65 ticket holders who were turned down from entering our Paris show on Sunday night. This is completely unacceptable and wrong.

‘I have been told this was a system error at Ticketmaster meaning 65 tickets were not fully validated when they were purchased.

‘This was outside of anything I could control and I feel saddened and let down.’

She continued: ‘I know everyone affected was refunded and given a voucher from Ticketmaster, but I’d like to offer all of these 65 people who didn’t get into the show complimentary tickets to any Raye future show of their choice and a signed vinyl, you will be contacted shortly about this.

‘I know this doesn’t even remotely make up for this mess but it’s all I can think of in this moment to soften the blow.

‘My deepest apologies to those of you affected. Love Raye.’

A Ticketmaster spokesperson said: ‘A small number of fans experienced a technical issue when entering the show.

‘While we know it doesn’t replace the show, we have fully refunded those affected and provided a gift card.’

It comes after Raye twirled vigorously in a hot pink dress as she shut down east London to film an exciting new music video last month.

The singer braved the freezing cold weather as cameras rolled on the movie set in Walthamstow.

Just last week, Raye clinched the first number one of the 2026 UK singles chart for her hit track Where Is My Husband!

And Raye proved she’s not slowing down anytime soon in 2026 as she made a high-energy spectacle.

Powering through the minus temperatures in the snow and rain, Raye wasted no time in dropping another track and video.

The hitmaker was joined by her backup dancers as they danced animatedly in the streets wearing vibrant looks.

Excited locals were shocked to see the singer, with some peeking through windows and the postman ‘stopping in his tracks’, according to reports.

A source said: ‘While most people stayed at home because the weather was so cold, Raye was a total trooper and got to work on a big, top-secret new video.

‘The project was shrouded in secrecy and residents on the road had only been told the street was being shut for filming. No one knew who the star was.’

They added to The Sun: ‘It was so cold out there but she was dancing and singing in this velvet dress like a total pro.

‘There was a fake zebra crossing drawn on the road and she was skipping over it.’

Raye marked her chart triumph of Where Is My Husband! reaching number one elsewhere last month.

The star has now officially clinched the first UK singles chart Number One of 2026, with the hit track finally reaching the top spot after a 15-week climb.

The dramatic climb has seen the anthem stay in the charts for 15 weeks and become Raye’s second UK chart topping single, after her 2023’s smash Escapism.

The track, which is set to feature on her forthcoming 2026 studio album, also marks her 20th Top 40 single overall across her decade-long career.
