Cheshire Police said her family are “growing increasingly worried” for her safety.

Cops shared a photo of Cheryl along with their appeal, describing her as white, around 5ft 4 tall, with brown eyes and long brown hair with blonde highlights.

She was reported missing from her home in the Henhull area of Crewe in Cheshire around 11.52am on Monday.

Police now believe she drove to Nantwich Football Stadium on Rease Heath Way and then left the area on foot.

It urged the public for any witnesses or footage to help locate Cheryl’s whereabouts.

Inspector Claire Miles said: “We have been conducting a number of enquiries to locate Cheryl since she was reported missing to us and, as part of those enquiries, we are now appealing to the public for help in reporting any potential sightings of her.

“As reported, we believe Cheryl travelled to near to the Nantwich football ground on Rease Heath Way and then left the area on foot during the day, so we would ask anyone who lives in the area or travelled nearby to please review any CCTV, dashcam or ring doorbell footage to see if they have picked her up on her travels.

“I would also like to take this opportunity to appeal directly to Cheryl and ask her to please contact us as your family are growing increasingly worried about you.”

Anyone with information relating to Cheryl is asked to contact Cheshire Police via its website, or on 101, quoting incident reference number IML-2263193.
