Federal judge rules DOT unlawfully withheld EV funds from Maryland, other states

A federal judge has ruled that the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) unlawfully withheld nearly $1 billion in electric vehicle infrastructure funding from 20 states and the District of Columbia, siding with a multistate coalition including Maryland.
