A TEENAGER has been charged with killing a 15-year-old girl two years after she died in a horror blaze.
Tiffany Regis tragically died in the Beckton, East London fire in 2023.
Now, cops have charged a 16-year-old boy in connection with the fatal fire understood to have happened during a party.
The teenage boy was charged with manslaughter, arson and arson with recklessness as to whether life was endangered, said the Met Police.
The boy has been bailed to appear at Stratford Magistrates’ Court on February 24.
It was revealed Tiffany died from smoke inhalation back in 2023.
Pals previously said Tiffany had been hosting a party at the second-floor flat when the horror unfolded.
At the time, Mayor of Newham Rokhsana Fiaz paid Tribute to Tiffany after her tragic death.
The mayor said: “Tiffany’s parents are going through unimaginable pain at the loss of their much loved 15-year-old daughter who brought so much joy.
“My thoughts and prayers are with Tiffany’s parents, family and friends at this very difficult and heartbreaking time.”
Tributes for Tiffany also poured in from friends following the horror.
One pal said: “We’re heartbroken. It’s awful. Tiffany was wonderful.
“Such a lovely girl. She brightened up the world.
“Everyone around here knew her. Our hearts are shattered.”
