Cellphone footage recorded by the officer who shot and killed Renee Nicole Good shows the driver and a woman believed to be her wife speaking with the agent shortly before the fatal encounter.
NBC News obtained the video, which appears to have been filmed on a cellphone belonging to Jonathan Ross, the ICE officer who fatally shot the 37-year-old in Minneapolis on Wednesday.

The footage opens with Ross exiting his vehicle and approaching Good’s maroon Honda Pilot SUV from the passenger side.
Audible in the background are honking cars, wailing sirens, and people blowing whistles.
The video shows a black dog sitting in the rear passenger-side seat, looking at Ross through an open window as the agent walks around the front of the SUV to face Good.
Good is wearing a knit hat and a flannel shirt layered over a red hoodie. She smiles at Ross with her left arm resting out the window.
“That’s fine, dude, I’m not mad at you,” Good said.
At the same moment, a woman who later identified herself as Good’s wife approaches Ross from behind the SUV and says, “Hey, show your face, Big Boy. Show your face.”
Ross then walks to record the SUV’s rear license plate before turning back toward the woman.
The woman—wearing a backward cap, sunglasses, a flannel shirt over a hoodie, sweatpants, and boots—raises a cellphone and points it at Ross.
She continues speaking, saying, “That’s OK, we don’t change our plates every morning. Just so you know, it’ll be the same plate when you come talk to us later.”
As Ross circles behind the vehicle, she adds, “That’s fine. U.S. citizen.”
She then appears to say, “Former f—–g veteran, disabled veteran.”
She continues addressing Ross: “You want to come at us? You want to come at us? I say go get yourself some lunch, Big Boy. Go ahead.”
Ross returns to the passenger side and moves toward the front of the SUV as two additional officers approach from the driver’s side.
One officer orders Good, “Get out of the car. Get out of the f—–g car. Get out of the car.”
The woman, identified as Good’s wife, turns toward the front passenger door but is unable to open it.
Ross positions himself in front of the SUV as the woman appears to say “drive,” followed by inaudible words, and then repeats, “drive.”
Good turns the steering wheel to the right, away from the officer, and begins to move the vehicle.
Ross shouts what sounds like “whoa” and fires, with multiple gunshots audible. The camera jolts upward, briefly showing the sky and Ross’ masked face.
The phone steadies and captures the SUV speeding down the street, out of control, and crashes into parked vehicles. A male voice is heard saying, “f—–g bitch” moments before Good’s vehicle crashes.
