(NewsNation) — Another grizzly update has occurred in the murders of Arkansas mother Charity Beallis and her 6-year-old twins in the town of Bonanza.

According to NewsNation affiliate KNWA, a garbage bag filled with the family’s personal belongings was found in a dumpster at an apartment complex about 10 miles from the murder scene. Inside the bag were photos, children’s artwork, paperwork with Charity’s name and address, and a necklace engraved with the children’s names: Eliana and Maverick.

The address of those apartments and that dumpster match the address on Randy Beallis’ arrest report from back in February, when he was arrested for choking his wife in front of their children. He was charged with aggravated assault, among other crimes, and Charity filed for divorce.

In October, Randy Beallis pleaded guilty to misdemeanor domestic battery and paid a fine.

Before her death, Charity Beallis divorced prominent Arkansas doctor Randy Beallis, who denies any involvement in the killings. He is said to be cooperating with the investigation, and police haven’t named anyone as a suspect.

In early December, the couple had their final divorce hearing, and the divorce was granted on Dec. 2. A day later, Charity and the twins were found shot to death inside the sprawling home they once shared.

“It’s certainly a red flag. We don’t know what it means, but it’s absolutely has to be a red flag for investigators,” Doug Warner, anchor and reporter at KNWA, told “Banfield.”

“He’s clearly through court records tied to that address,” Warner said of Randy Beallis.

“It doesn’t mean he did it, doesn’t mean maybe somebody else threw it in the dumpster just to try to make him look bad, but… we’re just left to speculate at this point, because we’re getting no answers from investigators.”

Warner added he has been told Randy Beallis has access to the home where his family was murdered, notwithstanding a legal battle, and “would have had access to all those items found in the dumpster.”
