The 36-year-old was first paroled in June 2023 but recalled to jail after a Sun investigation found he boasted of the murder in drill rap songs.

Fahri got life in jail with a minimum 14 years for killing Jimmy, 16, in 2008 in a bakery in Lee, South East London.

During a row, he threw a large glass dish that shattered, severing an artery in Jimmy’s neck.

As rapper TEN, his tunes were showcased on BBC Radio 1Xtra.

Margaret Mizen, 72, who runs the anti-knife crime Jimmy Mizen Foundation, said: “I hope the Parole Board makes the right decision — no matter what that decision is.

“We just have to trust and hope they get it right this time.

“We know the day has been coming for some time.

“It has been a stressful time because the hearing has been arranged nine days before Christmas.

“It’s not a pleasant thing to think about, especially at this time of year.”

The Parole Board said: “A panel will carefully examine a huge range of evidence.

“Protecting the public is our priority.”

The murder of Jimmy Mizen

Millwall fan and former altar boy Jimmy was attacked at a bakery by Fahri, then aged 19, who had gone in and started an argument.

The wannabe gangster hurled a Pyrex dish at 6ft 4in Jimmy, severing blood vessels in Jimmy’s neck, killing him.

He pleaded not guilty to murder but was convicted after a two-week trial at the Old Bailey in 2009.

Fahri was given a life sentence with a minimum term of 14 years for killing the 16-year-old.

His budding music career began after the Parole Board released him on licence in May 2023 after serving 14 years of a life sentence.

Fahri, 35, was arrested at his flat in Deptford, south-east London, in January after officials had examined a dossier of evidence handed to them by The Sun.
