Police said four people were in the car at the time of the crash. Three were rushed to a hospital and the fourth was pronounced dead at the scene.
HOUSTON — One person is dead and three others were seriously hurt in a rollover crash along the Eastex Freeway early Sunday morning, Houston police said.
The crash happened around 2 a.m. when police said a car veered off the freeway into a grassy area near the I-610 West entry ramp.
According to the Houston Police Department, the may have rolled over multiple times.
Four people were in the car at the time of the crash. Three were taken to a hospital in critical condition and the fourth was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police are investigating what led up to the crash.
