A PAEDO who groomed and abused seven boys aged as young as 12 on Snapchat by paying for sick images has been jailed.
Barthimaus Ehiemere posed as a trombonist with a camel business in Dubai to trick his victims into believing he was rich.
He lavished a 16-year-old boy with cash before abusing him and raped two two-year-old boys.
The 25-year-old ran a social media account where he groomed seven boys for explicit videos – offering paltry sums of money in return.
He also shared images of wads of money with the caption: “Ages 12-16, gay, let’s be friends”.
A further tag at the bottom of the picture read: “Paying for nudes”.
Ehiemere also shared one image outside Hatfield station in Hertfordshure, saying: “Always meeting new boys – wherever you are pop up and take my money”.
The fiend raped two of the victims after he lured them into meeting him – including one in woodland in Surrey.
Ehiemere sickeningly recorded himself raping the second boy in a park and cinema toilet before sharing the video online with his other victims.
He has now been jailed for 18 years after he admitted 32 offences – including rape of a child under 13 and breaching a sexual harm prevention order.
Ehiemere was found guilty of 15 more offences in August, including further sexual assaults and paying for the sexual services of minors.
The offences relate to seven victims aged between 12 and 16, but police fear there may be many more victims.
Snaresbrook Crown Court heard he was handed a sexual harm prevention order in 2021 for indecent images.
But Ehiemere used a special browser to get around the order and make a number of chilling search terms, including: “Young boy rape”.
He also messaged another paedophile and described raping a 12-year-old boy as the “best sex ever”.
Ehiemere contacted his victims on the “Spotafriend” social media app and shared images while begging they return their own videos replicating sex acts.
When he was finally snared, he brazenly claimed he was trying to “increase membership of his social media channel”.
James Brown KC, prosecuting, said: “The most serious offending relates to two 12-year-old boys.
“What lies behind this serious offending was a very deep-seated interest in the commercial interest of the sexual abuse of young teenage boys.
“He was very much in the business of encouraging young teenage boys to send him images of themselves performing sexual acts.
“One can see that deep seated interest through his searching on one device for material such as ‘young boy rape review’.
“There are numerous examples of him advertising on Snapchat for images of a sexual nature, including phrases such as ‘BuyNudes’. He frequently offered money for those images.”
The court heard Ehiemere also “also begged for vile sex acts on social media for his sexual gratification”.
Some of his victims believed he part of a paedophile “ring” targeting young boys.
One told the court: “Subconsciously I knew something was wrong. I started to feel more and more used.
“The older I got the more I started to realise something really bad had happened.
“I was constantly battling with myself and felt guilty. I finally broke down and told my parents. It took me a long time to realise I was a child and realised it wasn’t my fault.”
Another victim said he now sees the world as “inherently unsafe”.
The court heard Ehiemere grew up in a “happy Nigerian household with strong Christian values, albeit without his father present”.
His younger brother, Richard Ehiemere, 21, was linked to ‘CVLT’, a neo-Nazi paedophile cult that blackmailed and exploited young girls to perform sexual acts in chat rooms.
Chillingly, some victims were even encouraged to kill themselves on camera.
Richard is now roaming the streets after receiving an 18-month suspended sentence in May.
In total, 1,600 indecent images were found on his phone, half in Category A (the worst category depicting penetrative abuse).
