Westminster Magistrates’ Court heard Taylor said she would “batter her and s*** her partner” in a horror stalking campaign.

She admitted stalking causing serious alarm or distress yesterday.

Ms Rashid had performed Taylor’s gender reassignment surgery in 2021.

Westminster Magistrates’ Court heard the specialist discovered there were “a large number of photographs” of herself on Taylor’s phone.

After the operation, Taylor was discharged from Chelsea and Westminster Hospital – where Ms Rashid specialises in surgery for trans women.

But Prosecutor Jonathan Bryan told the court Taylor later returned after suffering “self-inflicted complications”.

Mr Bryan said: The defendant was insisting that she be treated by the same surgeon.

“She threatened to kill herself if she wasn’t dealt with by that surgeon.”

Taylor was eventually banned from seeing the surgeon and she moved away from London later that year.

Ms Rashid thought it would be the end of the nightmare, but Taylor initiated contact again last year after returning to the capital.

The specialist was bombarded with a series of unwanted emails before Taylor quested to connect with her on LinkedIn in March this year.

A few weeks later, Taylor then started frequently appearing at the hospital claiming to have appointments, the court heard.

Mr Bryan added: “She was requesting to be under the complainant’s care team.

“Later that month, she went to the hospital saying she had an appointment with the complainant.”

Taylor falsely claimed to have appointments five more times before she vowed to “batter” Ms Rashid and “s*** her partner’, he added.

The threatening email was sent to the horrified surgeon on November 2.

Taylor had moved back to London to escape domestic abuse and had suffered breakdowns in her mental health in the past, the court was told.

She will undergo a psychological examination and be assessed by the probation service ahead of a sentencing hearing at a later date.
