AT least three people have been killed amid raging floods wreaking havoc in another European holiday hotspot.

Towns are overwhelmed by filthy flood water as the horror weather grips the countryside.
Floods that swept through villages in southeastern Bulgaria and on the Black Sea coast have claimed three lives.
They have also forced hundreds of people to evacuate their homes, authorities said Friday.
Interior Minister Daniel Mitov said the three fatalities included two rescuers who died during the floods at the holiday hotspot.
Horror floods swept away cars and caravans into the sea and overcame houses, hotels and campsites.
Bulgarian authorities declared a state of emergency in several towns along the Black Sea coast as a result.

The clips show cars being swept away amid the unrelenting flood streams.
Other footage shows houses being overrun with water as the tides creep further up the buildings.

The army has sent two boats with rescue teams to assist those in the flooded areas.
“We are monitoring the situation,” BTA reported Defence Minister Atanas Zapryanov as saying.
“If the Ministry of Interior makes a request to us, we are ready to send additional forces.”
Heavy rains are forecast for the region in the next 24 hours.
