The Disneyland Resort will host a three-day event celebrating all things Disney Jr., offering an array of interactive experiences for preschoolers and their families, in August.
The “Disney Jr. Let’s Play!” event will kick off on Friday, Aug. 8, at Disney California Adventure, featuring activities including the “Disney Jr. Let’s Play! Block Party,” “Disney Jr. Let’s Play! Live” stage performances, cupcake decorating with the SuperKitties, and art sessions at the Animation Academy.
New food is also coming to DCA for the limited-time celebration, including a Mickey Mint Cookie Shake, Firetruck Slushy and Chili Cheese Corn Dog.

The party will continue at the Downtown Disney District on Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 9–10, with free-to-enter activities including dance parties, themed photo opportunities, arts and crafts, and the “Let’s Play! Bubbles Experience” at the Downtown Disney LIVE! Stage and lawn.
The event is part of the broader Disneyland Resort 70th Celebration, which kicked off on May 16.
