From Romeo Montague to Jack Dawson, Leonardo DiCaprio has played his fair share of Hollywood heartthrobs.
The 48-year-old actor has been a lifelong crush for people around the world, who would dream of getting to meet him, let alone lock lips with him.
Dame Joanna Lumley got to do just that while filming the Wolf of Wall Street, shooting the scene where the pair kiss on a park bench – and she’s revealed snippets of what it was really like a few times over the years.
Lumley starred as Aunt Emma, the British aunt to Margot Robbie‘s character Naomi Lapaglia, alongside DiCaprio’s who played stockbroker Jordan Belfort.
Although it might sound like a great deal to be paid to kiss a Hollywood star and many will have been jealous of her character, the experience is not as dreamy and romantic as you would imagine.

The 76-year-old actress revealed that it’s actually not much fun at all, speaking at a dinner for the Elizabeth’s Legacy of Hope charity, LadBible reports.
It wasn’t a one-take affair and a lot more goes into it than viewers may think, making it less than a fun experience.
She recalled ‘I did kiss Leonardo DiCaprio, about 15 times in fact.
‘There are so many takes and you both have to chew so much chewing gum.
‘It’s like kissing someone in a dentist’s waiting room.’
Back in 2014, the actress told The Mirror that it actually took 27 takes and joked that it was ‘one of the main reasons’ she took the part.
She explained ‘You both chew gum and eat peppermints as if you’re disinfecting a hospital.
‘Actors are very sensitive about that because if you’re singing or talking close to someone in front of the camera, or kissing, it is really quite intrusive.

‘It’s just a courtesy – teeth cleaned virtually to extinction.’
Lumley also described her co-star as ‘sensational,’ ‘sweet’ and ‘charming – so, it wasn’t too bad after all.
It comes just after news broke that DiCaprio is officially off the market and is ‘crazy about’ 25-year-old supermodel Vittoria Ceretti.
‘Leo is crazy about Vittoria and he finds every aspect of her intriguing,’ a source told DailyMail.com exclusively. ‘He likes where this is going and he is only seeing her right now. She is very intelligent and has all of the qualities that he looks for in a partner.
The pair were first spotted together on a date in August and recently put on a very public display of affection.
