A suspect remains at large after a man was shot to death outside a Long Beach home Thursday morning.
Long Beach police responded to a shooting at a home on the 2000 block of Harding Street around 5:16 a.m.
Arriving officers found a man suffering from gunshot wounds to the upper body. He was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.
The shooter had fled the scene. The victim was found lying on the driveway next to a car outside the home, according to the Long Beach Post.
Photos from the scene showed police tape had cordoned off the property and the neighborhood street as detectives investigated the scene.
It’s unclear whether the man lived at the home. Details, including the victim’s identity or a possible motive behind the shooting, were not released.
