Wild Rivers Waterpark, located in Irvine, will honor active duty and retired military personnel this Memorial Day with free admission.
Active duty and retired military personnel can also bring up to four family members or friends to get 50% off admission. The offers can be redeemed with a valid military ID at the gate.
The waterpark, which opened for the season on May 17, features over 25 water attractions, premium amenities and an all-new immersive experience launching in June.
This year, the park will debut Mermaid Cove, a themed makeover and retail grotto created in partnership with Once Upon an Island.
The walk-up experience offers mermaid transformations, complete with braiding, glitter tattoos, shimmer freckles, and photo ops in a giant clamshell throne. It will also offer Mermaid Splash Packages and private birthday party options.
