A physical therapist was arrested for the alleged sexual assault of a patient in Santa Monica.
Santa Monica police received a report of a sexual battery that occurred at Select Physical Therapy, located at 507 Wilshire Blvd.
Following an investigation, detectives determined that the suspect, Fernando Salazar, 28, was treating the victim for injuries when the alleged sex assault occurred.
On April 17, he was arrested for sexual battery. Detectives are searching for more victims who may have had similar experiences with Salazar.
