On Wednesday evening, the 51-year-old former Beverly Hills 90210 sensation appeared to enjoy a date night with Cramer as they attended a screening for The Carters: Hurts To Love You.
The twosome cozied up on the red carpet, coordinating in a black and yellow color palette.
Spelling, who shares five kids with 58-year-old ex-husband Dean McDermott, wore a sexy black slip dress to the Los Angeles event.
Her outing with Cramer comes nearly a year and a half after they were spotted packing on PDA in the wake of her separation from Dean.
In November 2023 the blonde bombshell was seen passionately kissing Ryan after a night at LA hotspot Level 8.

Tori’s low-cut, sleeveless dress boasted lace and sheer detail and the fashionista teamed it with a pair of knee-high black and white Converse Chuck Taylor sneakers.
Her long blond locks were pulled into a carefree bun with two long, face-framing pieces left out at the front.
Ryan joined her in a black V-neck T-shirt, black jeans, and yellow sneakers that tied into his yellow puffer jacket.
The actress rocked a pair of oversized, black-framed glasses with sepia-tinted lenses that matched perfectly with her date’s golden-toned outer layer.
While it’s unclear if she and the CEO are back together, the Hollywood vet recently said on her podcast misSPELLING that she doesn’t want to ‘die alone.’
She made the confession during her tear-filled chat with guest Audrey O’Day.
She also admitted to having a ‘very odd relationship with men’ and that she’s unsure of her dating future as a single woman with five kids.

‘I’m now 51 and single again with five kids, so I don’t even know where I stand in the future,’ she told O’Day.
‘I don’t want to be with somebody, but I do want to be. I just don’t want to be alone.’
O’Day did her best to comfort a sobbing Spelling as she continued: ‘You know me. I’m positive. I just — I don’t want to die alone.’
As Tori tried to gather herself, she began marveling at her own resilience: ‘They should sample my DNA when they f***ing go to the next world war. Whatever the f*** I am, I’m resilient, but what does it mean at the end of the day?’
Spelling and her ex-husband McDermott tied the knot in 2006 and were together until their separation was announced in June 2023.
They are parents to Liam, 18, Stella, 16, Hattie, 13, Finn, 12, and Beau, eight.
‘I’m now 51 and single again with five kids,’ she said in another recent episode. ‘So, I don’t even know where I stand in the future. I just don’t want to be alone. I don’t want to die alone. I don’t know what I’m doing right now.’
Spelling filed for divorce from McDermott in March 2024 after nearly two decades of marriage.

‘So it is super hard to remind myself that, ‘Oh, OK. You guys aren’t together anymore,” she reflected.
