The Los Angeles Police Department has released an image of the man who allegedly stabbed a 24-year-old man to death near MacArthur Park last year.
On Aug. 6, 2024, Joey Darnell Thomas of Long Beach was fatally stabbed near the intersection of Westlake Avenue and 6th Street, police said.
While the motive remains unknown, police on Tuesday released a short video of the suspected killer, and investigators are asking anyone with information to come forward.
A reward of up to $50,000 is available for information leading to the killer’s apprehension.
