A child molester from Temecula was arrested after he allegedly trespassed onto school grounds and recorded a dance performance.
Blake Taylor White, 36, “was seen recording a dance performance from a distance” on March 4, and “a student noticed the individual possibly had explicit photos on his cell phone and informed her parents,” the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.
White left before deputies arrived, but investigators identified him as the man spotted on campus and arrested him on Wednesday, officials said.
He was convicted of molesting a child last year, according to the Megan’s Law website.
He faces a charge of being a sex offender on school grounds and is being held at the Southwest Detention Center in lieu of $100,000 bail.
He was due to appear at the Murrieta Southwest Justice Center Friday morning.
