WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — Police in the District said they arrested a teenage boy for his involvement in a shooting that happened last week in Southeast D.C.
At around 7:10 p.m. on March 1, the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) responded to the 5100 block of Hanna Place SE.
There, they found a teenage boy suffering from a gunshot wound.
He was taken to a hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
On March 6, MPD said officers arrested a 16-year-old boy and charged him with Assault with Intent to Kill. Officers found a gun at his home.
