(NewsNation) — President Trump is expected to sign an executive order Wednesday targeting federal regulations that are unconstitutional, according to a published report.
The directive will require federal agencies, within 60 days, to identify regulations that may violate the Constitution and then submit a list to the Office of Management and Budget, Fox News reported.
OMB and the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) will review the flagged regulations for possible repeal.
The Trump administration says the executive order is meant to ensure government isn’t weaponized against citizens, according to FOX News.
