Elsa and husband Chris Hemsworth welcomed an adorable German Shepherd puppy into their family in December.
The Spanish-born actress, 48, looked chuffed to be spending some quality bonding time with the new pooch ad the pair got in some play time at a local park.
Elsa showed off her lithe legs in a pair of Daisy Duke-style cut-off denim shorts with a frayed hem.
She matched the revealing shorts with a retro-style graphic T-shirt with the phrase ‘Old Cars and Cigars’ emblazoned on the front and back.
Going barefoot for her outing, Elsa finished her outfit with a dark blue cap that featured the logo of the luxe Kokomo Private Island Resort.

Arriving at the park in a black Ford Ranger Raptor, Elsa appeared attentive to her four-legged friend, offering the pooch cuddles and pats as he dutifully waited in the tray of the truck.
As she was preparing to lead the dog out of the vehicle, she appeared to spot a pal in the car park.
Elsa was spotted chatting happily with a bearded, wetsuit-clad surfer who leaned on her Range Rover as he chatted away with the blonde beauty.
At one point, Elsa was seen sporting a pained expression as she covered her ears, possibly protecting them from the barks emanating from her excited pup.
The actress took to Instagram in December to announce the arrival of her ‘newest family member.’
Elsa shared a series of images of the adorable puppy, as well as a few with the mother of three cuddling up with the cute pooch.
‘Our new member of the family, a beautiful German Shepherd,’ the mum-of-three wrote in the caption.
Many of the actress’s fans took to the comments to express their delight at the pup’s cuteness.

However, some followers were not impressed with Elsa’s choice to acquire the canine from a breeder.
‘What rescue was he adopted from as surely you wouldn’t have purchased off a breeder!!!!’ one fan admonished.

The new addition to the family joins Elsa, Chris, their twin sons Tristan and Sasha, 10, and daughter India, 12.
The family live in Byron Bay in a sprawling $30million eight-bedroom mansion that sits on a massive 4.2 hectares of land in Broken Head.
