Nineteen suspects were arrested during a retail theft bust in San Bernardino County.
The operation was conducted by California Highway Patrol and targeted the Mountain Grove and Citrus Plaza shopping centers in Redlands.
On Jan. 17, officers worked with retailers on surveillance operations to catch theft suspects.
During the operation, 19 people were arrested and 95 stolen items were recovered. The stolen merchandise was worth over $3,700, according to CHP.
Photos of the arrests show a variety of stolen merchandise including Nike sneakers, athletic wear, jewelry, accessories, office supplies, craft supplies and more.
The suspects’ identities were not released as the thefts remain under investigation.
“We want to thank the retailers and law enforcement personnel who work tirelessly to protect our community from organized retail crime,” CHP officials said. “The California Highway Patrol has dedicated Organized Retail Crime Task Forces throughout the state. These teams work with retailers to combat sophisticated crews that continue victimizing merchants throughout the state.”
