Love Island’s Molly Marsh and boyfriend Zachariah Noble looked more than loved-up.
In October 2023, Ruthie revealed that an ill-judged perm had gone disastrously wrong, forcing her to cut it into a mullet.
The miss-hap occurred when Ruthie had attempted to recapture her youth by once again embracing the 1980s hairstyle.
A firm favourite among beauty buffs at the time, a permanent wave, commonly called a perm, is a hairstyle consisting of waves or curls set into the hair.

Yet in her hilarious clip, Ruthie said: ‘This is a video with a warning – if you were born in the 80s, don’t try and relive your youth and get a perm.
‘Because you then fry your hair and have to have all your hair cut off. Just saying…’
The ex of Prince Edward, who normally showcases her chocolate brown tresses in various different hairstyles, captioned the clip: ‘#feelingalittlebutch’.
She seemed to take the hair accident in her stride, sharing the new ‘do to her 78,200 followers on Instagram.
The show will air on BBC One, BBC Radio 2, BBC iPlayer and BBC Sounds in Spring.
