A man who was last seen before Thanksgiving may now be displaced due to the Eaton Fire, and authorities are seeking the public’s help in locating him.
Benjamin Philippe “Chico” Belombre was last contacted on Nov. 26, 2024, at noon in the 800 block of East Sacramento Street in Altadena, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
“Mr. Belombre resides in the fire zone and may be displaced due to the Eaton Fire,” an LASD missing person bulletin stated. “His family is concerned for his wellbeing and is asking for the public’s help.”
Belombre, who also goes by the nickname “Chico,” is described as standing 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighing 145 pounds.
He was last seen wearing grey sweatpants and a white shirt.
