ALEXANDRIA, Va. (DC News Now) — The Animal Welfare League of Alexandria (AWLA) is offering potential adopters an exciting way to ring in the new year.
For the entire month of January, all dogs weighing over 40 pounds will have their adoption fees waived.
“New Year, New Best Friend!” the AWLA said on Facebook. “Let one of our big dogs join you!”
