Gloria Barrera, Buena Park, Sr., G/F
Barrera scored 39 points — one off her season-high — to lead the Coyotes to a 93-70 win against Canyon of Canyon Country at the Oxnard tournament. She made 17 of 26 field goals (no 3-point attempts) and 5 of 6 free throws. Barrera is averaging 29 points and nine rebounds.
Addison Deal, Mater Dei, Sr., G
The Iowa-bound Deal almost recorded a rare quadruple-double with 27 points, 10 steals, eight rebounds and seven assists in a 91-25 win against Oakland Tech in the West Coast Jamboree.
Alexia Gallegos, Beckman, Sr., G/F
Gallegos scored a team-high 15 points against La Jolla Country Day and 14 against Oak Ridge to help the Patriots reach the semifinals of the SoCal Holiday Prep Classic’s WNBA Premier Gold Division.
Madi Lam, Santa Margarita, Jr., PG
Lam earned all-tournament honors in helping the Eagles finish third in the SoCal Holiday Prep Classic’s NCAA Gold Division.
Adyra Rajan, Fairmont Prep, Jr., G
The sharp-shooter scored a season-high 33 points in a 66-58 loss to undefeated Saint Francis of Mountain View at the West Coast Jamboree.
