MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — Firefighters said a man was taken to the hospital with serious injuries after his car landed on its roof during a crash in Gaithersburg early Friday morning.
In a post on X, David Pazos, a spokesperson with the Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service, said that just before 2 a.m., crews were dispatched to a crash at Girad Street and Larkspur Way.
When firefighters arrived, they found the driver, a man, trapped inside a car that was overturned on the side of the road.

Crews rescued the man from the car and medics took him to the hospital.
Pazos said he had serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
