The eldest daughter of the late cricketer Shane Warne shared the throwback picture from 2014 to celebrate her friend’s birthday this week.
While attending the Melbourne Cup last month, Brooke spoke to Daily Mail Australia about how she and her family have been coping just over two years after the death of her father.
The sporting legend died suddenly from a suspected heart attack aged 52 on March 4, 2022, while on holiday in Thailand.
He is survived by his children Brooke, 27, Jackson, 25, and Summer, 22, who he shared with ex-wife Simone Callahan.
His eldest daughter told Daily Mail Australia that she and her family are ‘going okay’ a few years on from the loss of her father.
‘We’re going okay, we’re sticking together as a family and we’ve got a very good support base… and I’ve got a wonderful boyfriend of five years,’ she said, referring to her partner Alex Heath who attended the races with her.
