Police are asking for the community’s help searching for an at-risk 55-year-old who went missing on Sunday afternoon in Long Beach.
According to the Long Beach Police Department, Pedro Renteria Jr. was last seen in the 3300 block of Magnolia Avenue around 11:45 a.m. on Dec. 8 and has not been heard from since.
The department describes Renteria as a Hispanic male who stands 5 feet and 3 inches tall, weighs about 185 pounds, and has gray hair and hazel eyes.
“He suffers from mental condition(s) and may become disoriented,” police detailed in a release.
Renteria was last reported to be traveling on foot and police say he was wearing a gray sweater, black pants, black shoes and had a white WanderGuard bracelet on his right wrist.
In addition, Renteria purportedly has surgical scarring down the center and around the right side of his head.
