Tom Brady busted out his Bill Belichick impression on this weekend’s FOX NFL Sunday, mocking the idea of his former coach taking a job at the head of an NCAA program. The former Patriots coach has reportedly had two interviews with the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill to coach the Tar Heels, CBS Sports reported after the second meeting last Thursday. But in a segment with his former teammates Rob Gronkowski and Julian Edelman, the trio of former Patriots all immediately said they could not imagine their former coach in the role. “[Belichick] getting out there on the recruiting trail and dealing with all these college kids, that would be priceless,” Brady said. “Could you imagine Bill on a coach, recruiting an 18-year-old?” Edelman asked. “Listen, you don’t really want to come here, and we don’t really want you anyway,” said Brady, impersonating his famously dour former coach. “I mean, I guess you could come. We’ll figure out if you’ll play.” Not to be outdone, Gronkowski also offered his impression of the former Patriots coach dealing with college athletes. “If you bring your parents and use them as a third party, you’re gone. You’re off the team. We’re direct.”
