A 54-year-old man was struck and killed by a car on Monday night in Baltimore County.
Officers responded around 8:30 p.m. near the intersection of Washington Boulevard and Rittenhouse Road near Halethorpe, and the victim, 54-year-old David Prymerman, was declared dead at the scene, Baltimore County Police said. He was hit by a car driving south on Washington Boulevard, police said.
