(NewsNation) — NewsNation is committed to bringing you coverage across America on election night, from the presidential race to the key local and state races that will shape our nation for years to come.
On newsnationnow.com and the NewsNation app on election night, you will find live results powered by Decision Desk HQ, but you won’t just see vote totals — you’ll see what those vote totals mean for the election. Decision Desk HQ uses advanced technology to provide real-time election results, race calls and data and was the first to accurately call the last two presidential elections and control of Congress in 2022.
As results come in, our experts will analyze where the votes are coming from and what it means for the likelihood that candidate will win. You’ll see our election pulse update live, in real time, as the incoming vote totals shift the odds in that race.
You’ll see this in the presidential race overall, and you’ll see it state by state. It will be the fastest and most accurate way for you to track who will win on election night.
It’s not just the national races; you’ll see breakdowns for the key local and state races where you live, covering not just who is running but key issues like abortion, the minimum wage and ranked-choice voting. In addition to the real-time results, we’ll go beyond the numbers to show you what’s at stake in each race.
NewsNation is committed to transparency, and we will take you live, behind the scenes, into our process so there will be no mystery when or why vote totals change on election night. We are opening up the process so you can see for yourself. We will show you in detail how we gather information, where we get it from, and how decisions are made. On election night, our partners at Decision Desk HQ will be making all the race calls. There will be no back-room executive second-guessing, and you will get it live on newsnationnow.com and in the app.
