WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) said three people were injured after a shooting in Southeast D.C. early Sunday morning.
Police said that at about 1:10 a.m., they were dispatched to the 800 block of Barnaby Street for reports of a shooting.
When officers arrived at the scene, they found a man and a woman who had been shot.
They were both conscious and breathing.
The two victims were transported to the hospital to be treated for their injuries.
Police identified a third victim, a man, who arrived at a hospital with injuries.
The man was conscious and breathing.
