FREDERICK, Md. (DC News Now) — Control of the U.S. Senate next year could well hinge on Maryland.
Democrat Angela Alsobrooks and Republican Larry Hogan are reaching out to voters.
Hood College political science professor, Carin Robinson, said that, in deep blue Maryland, that could tilt the balance in the Senate race.
“It’s not about an issue, it’s not even about a person,” Robinson said. “It’s about a party and Donald Trump’s name is on the ballot. That is hard to ignore for a lot of voters.”
