Hannah Streaker, 19 from Mt. Airy, makes her tenth donation to either Locks of Love or Wigs for Kids, a tradition every 18-months since she was four year old. The Oriole Bird arrived to help her and her parents celebrate the milestone at The Cutting Edge Styling Studio in Frederick Wednesday evening.
