ALEXANDRIA, Va. (DC News Now) — Alexandria and Arlington County police were responding to a police chase that ended after a crash on Wednesday afternoon.
In a post on the X platform just before 1:20 p.m., the Alexandria Police Department (APD) said that officers were assisting the Arlington County Police Department with a pursuit.
APD’s post said that the chase ended after the car crashed, and one person was in custody.
Police said traffic lights were out at the intersection of N Van Dorn Street and W Braddock Road. Drivers should treat it as a four-way stop.
APD said that no injuries were reported.
