Jon Gosselin enjoyed a day in New York City with his daughter Hannah Gosselin.
The duo were spotted in the Big Apple on Monday with Hannah’s new boyfriend Lennon and Gosselin’s representative, Adriane Schwartz.
Jon donned a tan zip-down worn over an all-black outfit paired with a backwards cap and light blue trainers.
His daughter opted for a hot pink sweatshirt with her hair cascading down in billowing waves. She beamed as she held hands with her new boyfriend.
Jon, 47, and Hannah, 20, later did an appearance on The Tamron Hall Show, where they opened up about their combined 75 pound weight loss.

Hannah Gosselin held hands with her new boyfriend Lennon Johnson Jr.
The duo previously starred in Jon in Jon & Kate Plus 8, which aired for five seasons on TLC from 2007-2010.
The show followed Jon, his then-wife Kate Gosselin, and their eight children – Hannah, Collin, Aaden, Alexis, Joel, Leah, Madelyn, and Cara.
Gosselin and Kate only communicate through their attorneys following the end of their acrimonious decade-long marriage in 2009.
The former TGI Fridays waiter was granted full custody of Hannah in 2016 followed by their son Collin in 2018.
Jon remains estranged from his other 20-year-old children – Aaden, Alexis, Joel, and Leah – in North Carolina as well as his 23-year-old daughters Madelyn and Cara in New York.
The outing comes weeks after Jon’s son Collin levelled shock abuse claims at his estranged mother Kate amid his starring role on 2000’s reality show, Jon & Kate Plus 8.
Collin, now aged 20, who previously alleged his estranged mom sent him away at age 12 to stop him revealing her ‘abuse’, says his mother ‘zip tied his arms and legs’ and ‘locked him in a basement’ when he was a child during a campaign of alleged physical and emotional abuse.
He said from the age of ‘eight or nine’ he was treated differently from his seven other siblings by Kate and added that he ‘never had a childhood’ in an interview with The Sun.

Collin claims he was locked in a ‘specially built basement room’ which had a bed and cameras ‘multiple times’ – which watched him for an entire day or part of a day.
He has previously detailed how he was sent away at the age of 12 to a mental health facility – and alleged that his mother, Kate, did so to prevent him from discussing how he was being treated at home.
He said: ‘She had a room put up with cameras in it, a tiny window in the corner and it was bolt-locked from the outside.
‘My mother would put me in that room multiple times, she had zip-tied my hands and feet together and bolt locked the door, turned the lights off and had cameras there just watching me.
‘So most of the day I was in that room and I was away from my siblings and I never really went outside. I never played with them. I was kept there. It was literally containment.’
He claimed Kate was ‘physically aggressive, verbally, very abusive with the things she would say’ and he had to ‘constantly take the fall for her emotions.’
Medical records submitted during Jon and Kate’s custody battle revealed Collin had reported his mother’s alleged abuse to his counsellor at the time.
He revealed a letter written in crayon to dad Jon, begging his dad to ‘save him’ and let him live with him.
Collin also shared his private medical records with the publication to prove he does not have mental illnesses or behavioral conditions
Collin added, ‘Being in an institution, that’s good enough…to discharge me. It was the fact that I was in an institution and that’s it’

Jon – who later gained custody of daughter Hannah and Collin – said he had ‘never found out’ about Kate’s alleged abuse until way afterwards – saying ‘That kind of thing didn’t happen until after I left.’
He said Hannah had told him about the alleged abuse once he got custody of her.
One sibling has supported Collin’s claims.
Collin claims when he started telling teachers about the alleged abuse – having shown up to class with a bruised and swollen ear – he was removed from school in the fourth grade.
. He also claimed he had told the camera crew filming their show but that Kate ‘did a good job of hiding those things.’
Jon shared letters he was sent from the Department of Human Services’ Office of Children, Youth, and Families in Pennsylvania that notified him of abuse reports against Collin – but stated they were ‘unfounded.’
Jon claims there was ‘nine separate instances’ where abuse against Collin was reported.
Puleo said: ‘If Kate did the things that Collin is accusing Kate of, she would have been investigated by the authorities and prosecuted.

Collins claims when children’s services arrived – he was never able to talk to them ‘one-on-one’ without her listening outside the room.
The Department of Human Services’ Office of Children, Youth, and Families in Philadelphia told the publication while they cannot comment on individual cases, that ‘keeping children safe is our top priority and any potential abuse and neglect is investigated and handled urgently.
Collin was home-schooled from fourth grade and diagnosed with mental health issues – medical records seen by the publication state he was diagnosed with unspecified bipolar disorder and related disorders, autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, and PTSD before being taken to a mental health facility in 2016.
Collin claims he was wrongly diagnosed and cites his medical records from a mental health evaluation taken last year which shows he has none of the conditions and no issues an adult.
Collins claims multiple medications left him ‘feeling like a zombie’ and that Kate put him in the facility for 22 months ‘in a desperate attempt to protect herself’ adding: ‘My mom always told me nobody would believe me.’
He finally entered Jon’s custody in January 2018 – and detailed struggling to ‘reintegrate’ into society with kids his own age.
He graduated high school and intended to join the Marines – but was ‘discharged’ in August last year – allegedly due to Kate sending him to the behavioral institution.
Kate’s lawyer Richard Puleo said he did not believe she’d done anything to ‘intentionally harm Collin and added ‘she did what she did to protect herself and her family’ from alleged ‘troubled behavior’ from Collin
He now plans to attend college at Penn State.

In July 2023 Kate took aim at Collin, branding him ‘violent and unpredictable’ and claiming that he ‘fabricated’ allegations of abuse against her.
She issued a sensational statement against her teenage son in the wake of his appearance in VICE TV docuseries, Dark Side of the 2000s, in which he claimed his mother had ‘abused’ him as a child and kept him separated from his seven siblings following her split from his dad Jon.
Kate broke her silence on her child’s shocking claims just one day after her Mady shared a lengthy statement on her Instagram Stories and accused Collin of ‘physical violence and hate speech.’
In her own words, Kate reiterated Mady’s claims and said the reason that Collin was sent away to Fairmont Behavioral Health Institute in Philadelphia back in 2016 was because he ‘received multiple psychiatric diagnoses.’
Collin claims that his mom Kate took her ‘anger and frustration’ out on him and not his siblings
In her detailed statement, Kate said: ‘I have never wanted to have to do this, but I feel I have been backed into a corner and left with no choice. Although it saddens me to do so, I need to speak out now.
‘My son Collin, whom I love with all my heart, has received multiple psychiatric diagnoses over the years. For the safety of myself, his brothers and sisters and for his own well-being, he was placed in a facility following years of outpatient treatment which proved insufficient for his needs.
‘The decision to admit him was made by emergency room doctors following one of his many attacks/outbursts – this one involving his use of a weapon.’
She continued to PEOPLE: ‘Fast forward to the present day, and following Jon’s removal of Collin from treatment, my son’s unpredictable and violent behavior has sadly continued regularly towards Jon, Hannah and others around him.
‘Collin’s distorted perception of reality is one of the many issues that he has always struggled with. As many people who have family members grappling with mental health issues can attest, it is rarely and sadly surprising when complete fabrications occur, and this is just another heartbreaking facet of this fight.’
The former reality TV star went on to say that ‘all parent-child relationships are complex,’ and described the situation as ‘incredibly complicated and painful.’
She said: ‘All measures that were taken in our home were at the explicit recommendation of his pediatric psychiatrist and/or his team of specialists and were put into place to safeguard every member of our family, our friends as well as our family pets.
‘Unfortunately, I believe Collin remains a very troubled young man who continues to need a lot of help. His brothers and sisters and I have not been directly involved in his life due to his history of unpredictable behavior and violent tendencies towards us.
‘What his sister Mady posted on social media recently is completely accurate and I deeply appreciate her bravery in doing so. This is all I have to say on the matter and I will not be discussing this subject any further at this time,’ Kate added
Discussing being discharged from the Marines this year, Collin told ET: ‘I was towards the end of training, very close to graduating. The paperwork was looked into, and they found out that I was, in fact, in an institution at one point in my life.’
Collin added, ‘Being in an institution, that’s good enough…to discharge me. It was the fact that I was in an institution and that’s it.’
However, he revealed to the outlet that he is currently aiming ‘to appeal the decision’ and explained he has, ‘very few other wishes in life that would top being a United States Marine.’
While working on an appeal, Gosselin said that he plans to study finance as he attends Pennsylvania State University late this year in the fall.
Last year in July, a rep for Jon Gosselin – who got sole custody of both Collin and daughter Hannah in 2018 – claimed Collin had been cleared by a background check for the Marines, per Us Weekly.
Before enlisting, the rep explained that Collin needed to be ‘cleared by the Marines with a full background check including mental, physical, and medical clearance. The government’s full diagnoses clearly reflects the truth.’
On Vice TV’s Dark Side of the 2000s, he talked about being sent away at the age of 12 to the institution, and alleged that his mother, Kate, did so to prevent him from discussing how he was being treated at home.
Jon and Kate were married from 1999 until their divorce in 2009. They share eight children: twins Cara and Madelyn born in 2000, and sextuplets Collin, Hannah, Joel, Aaden, Alexis and Leah.
‘I was starting to tell my teachers that my mother was…can I use the word abuse? That’s kind of the reason why she sent me away, I’d started to tell people what was going on at home,’ Collin said at the time.
‘I was starting to tell people what was going on at home, she caught wind of that and had to put me somewhere where I wouldn’t be able to get the secrets out.’
He also alleged that his mother took out ‘her anger and frustration on him’ and would separate him for his other siblings.
‘I know my mother was going through a lot of things, I mean, a divorce and plenty of different things that can’t be easy to go through,’ Collin expressed.
‘I want to think that she needed someone to take out her anger and frustration on. It was just kind of me, you know? I was in the way, and I was there, so she chose me.’
In regards to the spending time at the institution, Collin recalled, ‘it took a toll on me mentally, it was a really, really dark place.’
‘All I had was myself, I didn’t have anybody else. I had no support system, it was scary, I was confused, I was lost.’
He was later moved to another institution located in Pittsburgh where his father, Jon, had the chance to visit him.
Jon also said during the Vice TV series that he began to fight for sole custody of his son after he claimed a doctor told him that Collin did not have a diagnosis.
‘I went to court, I spent a million dollars getting my son out, everything I had I spent,’ he explained.
Collin is not only estranged from his mother, Kate, but some of his other siblings as well. However, while talking to ET last month, he said, ‘I love my siblings very, very much. I would never hurt them.’
‘I would never trash their names in the media. But what I do believe is that my mother’s behind things they say in the media.’
He added, ‘She’s behind their opinion of me. I think if we knew each other today, we’d be very good friends.’
His sister Hannah, who also lives with her father Jon, discussed how Collin was ‘separated’ from his family in the house on the Vice TV series last year.
‘He would be separated from us, like, he would not get to come and play outside with us. He would eat dinner at different times than us,’ she said.
‘I didn’t know who my mom was before TV, but I think she was a different person,’ Collin expressed. ‘I think she has a good heart and good intentions, but TV and money and fame changes people.’
However, while talking to Entertainment Tonight in 2022, he revealed that his mother sending him to the behavioral institute took a big toll on their relationship.
‘After being there, I didn’t have a relationship with her,’ he said. ‘Even before [being] there, I don’t think we had much of a relationship and I think that just kept tearing it even more down.’
Following her son’s claims, Kate released a statement of her own last year, and claimed her son had gotten ‘multiple psychiatric diagnoses over the years.’
She began by typing that she was ‘left with no choice’ to break her silence. ‘For the safety of myself, his brothers and sisters and for his own well-being, he was placed in a facility following years of outpatient treatment which proved insufficient for his needs.’
‘The decision to admit him was made by emergency room doctors following one of his many attacks/outbursts – this one involving his use of a weapon.’
‘Fast forward to the present day, and following Jon’s removal of Collin from treatment, my son’s unpredictable and violent behavior has sadly continued regularly towards Jon, Hannah and others around him.’
She added that Collin’s ‘distorted perception of reality is one of the many issues that he has always struggled with.’
Kate also wrote that he ‘remains a very troubled young man’ and still ‘needs a lot of help.’
‘His brothers and sisters and I have not been directly involved in his life due to his history of unpredictable behavior and violent tendencies towards us.’
Collin’s sister, Madelyn ‘Mady’, also jumped to her Instagram stories and accused her brother of ‘physical violence and hate speech.’
In 2016, shortly after Collin was sent to the behavioral institute, Kate told People it was to ‘help him learn the skills he needs to be the best him he can be.’
His sister Hannah, who also lives with her father Jon, discussed how Collin was ‘separated’ from his family in the house on the Vice TV series last year
‘[There’s] a fairly fluid diagnosis of what those needs are, but he needs to learn certain strategies to help him deal with things.’
She added, ‘This has been a struggle we’ve had for a very long time, and it’s one I’ve dealt with on my own.’
‘I’ve felt very alone in this. By the same token, it’s not something that has only impacted me or him – our entire family has been impacted.’
And in 2019, Jon claimed that his ex-wife ‘caged’ Collin at the institution and said she only visited her son three times during an interview with DailyMailTV.
