A 4.7-magnitude earthquake rattled the Southern California coast on Thursday morning, with residents of the affluent enclave of Malibu feeling a brunt of the shake.
The quake was centered about 4 miles north of Malibu and was felt as far south as Mexicali in Baja California, according to the United States Geological Survey.
