The 41-year-old stretched out on an outdoor longue, showing off her fit and toned figure in a skimpy blue bikini.
Wearing sunglasses and minimal makeup, Bec insured her ripped tummy was on display as she relaxed by the water.
‘Perfect Day’ she wrote in her caption, and her good friend Nadia Bartel was quick to respond.
‘Oh sooo good’ she wrote in the comments underneath the image, which Bec had shared to Instagram.
Earlier that day, Bec revealed that she and Chris are on a child-free getaway alone together.

Bec explained that she and Chris took a seaplane to reach the property and have left their four kids at home.
‘We’ve been gone two nights but it feels like two weeks without kids,’ she said in her caption on her Instagram Stories post on Tuesday.
Bec also showed off her incredible hut and delicious food she was indulging in during the getaway.
It comes after news that Bec is set to make her long-awaited return to the Brownlow Medal this year, 20 years after soaring to fame with her iconic red carpet look.

The Australian model, 41, famously kicked off her career by wearing a now-famous plunging red dress while storming the awards ceremony back in 2004.
Her head-turning looks have since become a staple at the glitzy event but Bec has been notably absent from the red carpet ever since 2018.
However, it has been revealed that the wife of AFL star Chris Judd will finally be returning to Brownlow after a six-year absence, according to the Herald Sun.
Bec is expected to once again wear a creation from Melbourne designers J’Aton, who have been responsible for many of her iconic looks over the years.

While Bec has not attended the Brownlow in recent years, her husband Chris, 40, receives a yearly invitation and stepped out on the carpet solo in 2019.
Bec burst onto the scene at age 21 when she wore a red dress with a plunging neckline to the 2004 Brownlow Medal alongside Chris.
The outfit, which boasted a neckline that dipped below her belly button and a daring thigh split, was created by Perth designer Ruth Tarvydas, and was valued at $2,000.
The WAG recently revealed what happened to the famous gown after she strutted down the red carpet wearing it before dozens of flashing cameras.
‘The dress was given to charity which was auctioned off and I have not seen it since that night,’ she told Zen Design.
However, she has since been reunited with the standout look and reflected on the incredible reaction to the career-making night.
‘I had this red dress on, walked onto the red carpet, everyone had this reaction like “wow!”‘ she recalled. ‘And I thought “okay, this dress is quite something”.’
In a video, Bec was then nearly brought to tears as she was finally reunited with the stunning dress 20 years later.
‘Oh wow, it’s so cool, I feel emotional. Wow, it’s amazing,’ she said as she began to cry.

‘No one knew me before that night, and the next day half the country knew who I was.’
Chris previously told The Herald Sun that the 2004 Brownlow was the night Bec became ‘public property’ and their lives changed forever.
‘It did feel like a before and after event. Some wonderful opportunities opened up from it. Life was just very different,’ said Chris, who was just 21 when he won the prestigious Brownlow Medal for the first time.
Chris once again won the league’s highest individual honour in 2010, just years before he retired from the sport in 2015.
Chris and Bec tied the knot in 2010 and they now share four children – daughter Billie, nine, son Oscar, 12, and twins Darcy and Tom.
