WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) said a man was shot in Southeast D.C. on Saturday night.
MPD said that at about 9:40 p.m., it was at the scene of a shooting in the 2300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue.
The man was conscious and breathing.
