Taking to her Instagram Stories later on Saturday evening, the TV personality thanked her fans for their support, but revealed that she had also received several ‘nasty’ messages.
The mum-of-two said she was going through an ‘extremely tough’ first trimester and was trying to ‘remain calm’ for the sake of her unborn child.
Charlotte confessed that while she was ‘blessed’ to be having another baby, the timing of her pregnancy and heartbreak meant it has been ‘the worst time of my life.’
She wrote: ‘Thank you for all the support, lovely comments and messages! I’m overwhelmed and will try get back to everyone but just so you all know I love you all and very grateful for you all.
‘For the negative ones, remember I’ve had to deal with all this whilst being in my first trimester which has been extremely tough, what meant to be the most happiest time of your life has been the worst time of my life.
‘But every baby is a blessing and I’m so blessed right now. And I’m really trying to remain as calm as I can right now and look after this baby.’
Begging her followers to keep negative comments to themselves, she insisted that the decisions about her relationship were hers to make, pointing out that ‘it’s my life not yours’.
She concluded: ‘Please be kind, if you have nothing nice to say please just don’t say it. Also whatever I decide to do has nothing to do with anyone else, it’s my life not yours.

In the aftermath of the sexts being revealed, Matthew moved back into his parents’ house, but the couple are ‘considering couples’ counselling’ with the Swinton Lions now player living back at the family home.
In her pregnancy announcement, Charlotte said: ‘It’s been a crazy time… horrible, having to deal with the heartache, the hurt, and being pregnant too.’
‘Noah was asking where Daddy was and I don’t want a broken home. I want to do what’s best for my kids.
‘Matthew says he’s going to give everything he’s got to make this work. But I’ve not made a decision on the future of our engagement yet. He needs to change.
‘It would be amazing to have a little girl – for Matthew, too. I think being a girl dad will make him a better man, but we’ll see.’
Just days ago Charlotte recalled the devastating moment she found out her fiancé had been sexting another woman.
Speaking out for the first time on the scandal on her My Naughty Corner podcast, she said: ‘I don’t get why he’s done it, it drives me mad because he’s got everything. He doesn’t want to lose his family over this.’

She recalled how she was walking to meet Matthew at the barbers when she got a call from her manager who broke the news of his betrayal.
‘My whole world came crashing down, I was so shocked. I felt really shocked, hurt and disappointed. His family were really shocked with him,’ she said.
She said she sat there shaking unable to get through to her mum and sister on the phone, while her manager rang Matthew to tell him the news.
She recalled: ‘He rings me and he said “please speak to me”. I said: “I’m done”. He said he was drunk and begging me not to leave him.’
Charlotte revealed Matthew had met the blonde woman through rugby as he played on the team with her ex, with them messaging on Instagram.
She said: ‘I’ve seen the message they’re not nice, it really hurt’.
The mother-of-two admitted their relationship has been strained for the past two years.
She said: ‘We haven’t had a good relationship this past two years, but it’s no excuse. Children come in the middle of the relationship. It hasn’t been good for a while. It’s hard to get that intimate time that’s been a massive thing.’

Charlotte said she would sometimes turn down sex as she was exhausted from raising their two young children, but added the lack of intimacy between then was ‘no excuse’ for his actions.
Days after the scandal broke, it was their son Jude’s first birthday and Charlotte made the heartbreaking decision to tell Matthew to stay away.
‘It was awful, it was awful,’ she said. ‘I’m not cancelling his birthday party, like I just said to him, “I don’t think you should come to his birthday”. He obviously made the decision not to come as well.’
Matthew then moved into his mum and dad’s house and was begging for Charlotte to take him back.
She said: ‘He’s absolutely broken. He doesn’t even look like himself at all. He’s really upset, but so he should be. He’s hurt it family. It’s whether I can forgive and forget.
‘I need to switch off from all the background noise. I don’t want this affecting Noah at nursery. He keeps saying “When is Daddy coming home?”.
The reality star said she still hasn’t made a decision on whether to forgive Matthew and give their relationship another go
‘He’s literally ripped my heart out and stamped on it. He’s trying to make amends every single day.’
Charlotte added: ‘The past couple of weeks have been very, very tough. It’s a massive shock because I never expected him to do this. I thought we were a little family unit.’
