Sydney Sweeney is reportedly ‘finalizing deal’ to buy $20M oceanfront home in South Florida.
The 26-year-old Immaculate producer-star is ‘expanding her real estate portfolio’ to include the 7K-square-foot property which features a ‘heated/chilled infinity pool with a swim-up bar, complete with underwater barstools’ – according to TMZ.
Sydney’s new home boasts ‘sweeping views of the ocean and canal’ as well as an elevator, boat launch, aquarium, chef’s kitchen, wine room, home gym, and game room.
If the deal goes through, it will mark Sweeney’s third home after buying a $6.2M five-bedroom, 4,477-square-foot fixer-upper in Bel-Air on July 27 as well as a $3M five-bedroom Tudor-style home in Westwood back in 2021.

‘I recently paid off my mom’s mortgage,’ the Spokane-born, LA-raised bombshell told Who What Wear on March 27.
‘As a kid, I always dreamt of being able to take care of my parents, so that was a really big thing for me to be able to do…I try to incorporate them into my life as much as possible, whether it’s talking with my cousins every other day or going home.’
And in 2022, Sydney bought back her great-grandmother’s ‘beautiful house’ after her family was forced to sell it years earlier.
‘My grandma was born in it. My mom was born in it, and then as the kids got older, they built on the property another home,’ Sweeney said on the December 19th episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show.
‘And when my great-grandpa passed away and my great-grandma got old, they just couldn’t afford to keep it anymore…It was a lot. I called up the owners and I said, “I want to buy my great-grandmother’s house back.” My “grandy” still lives in the house next door. So I’m neighbors with my “grandy” now.’
