Buddy and Jesinta Franklin have put their luxurious Gold Coast mansion on the market, just 18 months after purchasing the property.
The power couple purchased the $8.75million Mediterranean-style property in late 2022, which is located in the upmarket suburb of Reedy Creek.
The mansion is known as Villa Casa and upon purchasing it, Buddy, 37, and Jesinta, 32, smashed the price record for a property purchased in the scenic hinterland area.
The seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom property features high ceilings throughout, white-washed walls, dark hardwood floors and striking archways.
Designed by award-winning architects Reece Keil, the mansion attracted immense interest upon first hitting the market in 2022, becoming the most viewed property on Realestate.com.au.

The designer property sits on a 4497sq m block, boasts jaw-dropping city skyline views and exquisite Italian-styled archways.
The architecturally designed estate combines modern touches, including a glamorous terrace and swimming pool, with traditional trappings, such as a stone fireplace.
The Franklins’ decision to sell follows reports they are eyeing a move to the country.

Jesinta has had itchy feet for some time, ditching Sydney for the Gold Coast following footballer husband Buddy’s retirement from the AFL in 2023.
Just a year and a half later, the model is eyeing green pastures.
‘We’re actually thinking of selling up and buying a farm now, so yeah, we’ll see how we go,’ Jesinta told The Morning Show.
While she said, ‘We love it. We absolutely love it’ when it comes the Gold Coast, the mother-of-two would like to go bush.
‘That could be the next thing we’re talking about the next time I’m here. We just love the idea of being on land, growing our own food, having horses, a couple of Highland cows, we’d love that,’ she said.

Jesinta has been relishing time alone with her husband and kids, daughter Tullulah, three, and son Rocky, two.
‘We’re getting so much quality time together and we always make sure that we watch the Swannies and the Hawks games,’ Jesinta said.
The pair sold their luxury pad in Sydney’s eastern suburbs for $5 million to complete their move to the Gold Coast.
