Kim Zolciak‘s ex Kroy Biermann has been ordered to pay more than $64,000 after failing to honor a casino credit agreement following a 2021 trip to the Bahamas.

Biermann was served days after the couple’s 15-year-old son, KJ, was arrested and subsequently indicted on seven felony charges stemming from an alleged sexual assault of a female classmate.

On Friday, KJ, who could potentially face a 25-year prison sentence, is set to be released on a $200,000 bond under strict conditions from the judge.

Sky Warrior, which handles the credit lines and operates the casino at Baha Mar Casino in the Bahamas, sued Biermann in 2023 and used legal avenues in New Jersey to pursue its case but Biermann defaulted.

A Fulton County judge signed off on the company’s request to transfer the collection enforcement action to the Peach State on March 17.

Sky Warrior will be now be allowed to collect Biermann’s gambling debt in his home state of Georgia.

‘The foreign judgment awards [Sky Warrior] the sum of $52,500, plus prejudgment interest, together with $11,927.35 in attorneys’ fees and costs,’ the Georgia ruling stated, per Us Weekly.

Both the former NFL linebacker and the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star have been living at separate rental properties in the Atlanta area amid their ongoing divorce – and after the couple were physically removed from their Milton, Georgia mansion following a foreclosure battle and sale.

Court documents show Biermann, 40, was served the post-judgment order at his home on August 28, just days after police came to arrest KJ at Zolciak’s home on August 17.

As part of his bond conditions, KJ must stay at his famous mother’s home and attend school virtually. He must also abstain from social media and cellphone use, and will be subject to electronic monitoring by authorities.

The teenager is also barred from having any direct or indirect contact with his alleged victim, her family or anyone under the age of 16.

The incident with the female classmate allegedly occurred at a Life Time fitness center in Alpharetta, Georgia, on April 23.

The teenager was indicted by a grand jury on seven felony charges, including aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodomy, aggravated sexual battery, three counts of sexual battery against a child under 16 and false imprisonment.

In court on Friday, Deputy District Attorney Caitlin McGillicuddy claimed KJ had previously been charged with sexual battery of a minor in October 2025 – six months before the alleged incident with the classmate.

That case was adjudicated in juvenile court and KJ is currently under court supervision which is set to expire in 2027.

KJ’s attorney Jason Sheffield denied McGillicuddy’s claims, telling the Daily Mail in a statement: ‘The characterizations made in court regarding the prior juvenile matter involving KJ Biermann grossly misrepresent both the facts and the ultimate resolution of that case.

‘The matter arose from inappropriate, crude behavior involving two middle-schoolers. It did not result in an adjudication for statutory rape, sexual intercourse, or any comparable offense. Any suggestion otherwise is inaccurate and creates a materially misleading impression of how the juvenile matter was ultimately resolved.’

In the plea for KJ’s bond on Friday pertaining to the April allegations, Sheffield told the judge: ‘This has been so traumatizing to [KJ] personally. He is not a boisterous kid. He is somewhat quiet.’

McGillicuddy responded by saying that the alleged victim in the April case had suffered ‘documented physical injury’ as a result of the alleged incident, which she described as ‘predatory.’

Earlier this week, Sheffield filed a transfer request with the Fulton County Court to move KJ’s case to Georgia’s juvenile justice system, arguing that the teen, who is facing the possibility of a 25-year prison sentence, is young enough to be rehabilitated.

KJ was supported by his parents Zolciak and Biermann at his bond hearing on Friday.

Meanwhile, Zolciak and Biermann are in the middle of a very contentious separation and divorce which has yet to be finalized, but the two put their differences aside and put on somewhat of a united front at the latest court hearing.

Zolciak remained ‘stone-faced’ while sitting beside daughter Brielle Biermann, 29, while Biermann looked ‘stressed,’ an eyewitness told Page Six.

Zolciak and daughter Brielle refused to answer any questions about the case from reporters while leaving the court room.

Last month the matriarch hit out at the allegations and maintained KJ’s innocence in a statement to the Daily Mail as she branded them ‘reckless and deeply troubling.

Zolciak said: ‘He categorically denies ever being involved with this woman or engaging in the conduct she has alleged.

‘My son voluntarily took a polygraph examination regarding these allegations and passed,’ she claimed.

‘Additionally, an examination was conducted, and no DNA belonging to my son was found.’

‘We remain confident that the facts and evidence will establish the truth, and we ask that people allow the proper process to take its course rather than spreading unproven allegations.’
