The former makeup artist ensured her blinding diamond ring on her left hand was the star of the show as she draped her arm around her billionaire pub baron boyfriend at Mimi’s in Coogee.
It wasn’t long before the huge sparkler set tongues wagging, with one onlooker describing it as ‘dazzling’.
Madeleine flaunted her thin frame in a $3,244 beige floral minidress by Magda Butrym at the glittering event.
She added to her look with a $2,720 pair of René Caovilla sandals, a Saint Laurent clutch and added a diamond cuff to her wrist.
Meanwhile, Justin looked chic in a tailored grey suit paired with a crisp white dress shirt and navy patterned tie.

Madeline, 29, all but confirmed their engagement in June after she was spotted wearing a giant diamond ring outside the waterfront mansion she shares with the Merivale boss, 53.
Justin and Madeline, who have been together since 2019, largely keep their private life out of the spotlight.
Madeline announced the arrival of her first child with the hospitality king on Instagram in June 2025 alongside a gallery of sweet photos.
‘Jaeger Justin Hemmes. 1.06.25,’ she captioned the post.
She revealed the sex of their baby in an interview with Stellar magazine, saying she was thrilled to begin a ‘new journey’ with Justin.
‘I always thought I was going to have a boy. I knew I was going to be a boy mum,’ she said.
‘Justin has two beautiful little girls, so having a boy, it’s like a whole new journey together.
‘[The baby] is going to be his little best mate.’

Madeline said she previously kept details of her pregnancy private, but was ready to share her journey.
‘I keep a lot of my life private and I don’t share a lot online anyway, so being pregnant wasn’t really something that I was going to share online,’ she said.
‘I haven’t posted about it and it’s been nice to have some quiet time off Instagram.
‘But obviously because I am in the public eye and we do get photographed quite a lot, I think now I’m at this point in my pregnancy where it’s nice for me to be able to share some nice photos.’
Madeline is the younger sister of fellow Aussie model Simone Holtznagel, who welcomed her first child, a daughter called Gia, in March 2024 with her now-ex-boyfriend Jono Castano.
Meanwhile, Justin shares two children – daughters Alexa, nine, and Saachi, seven – with ex-partner Kate Fowler.
