Denise Richards has made no secret about going under the knife for a facelift.
So it was no surprise to see her walk the red carpet with her plastic surgeon Dr Ben Talei at the 2026 Daytime Beauty Awards in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
The Wild Things actress, 55, looked fresh and wrinkle-free as she posed for photos in a sheer frock with floral embroidery.
After posing alone, she was joined by Dr Talei, who looked dapper in a powder blue suit.
The Beverly Hills-based surgeon was behind the star’s deep-plane facelift, which cost around $200,000.
Richards also got a brow lift, an upper eye lift, a lip lift and fat grafting from her own thighs into her neck and face.

‘Originally I had been thinking about doing just my neck,’ she previously shared on Bunnie Xo’s Dumb Blonde podcast.
‘And then a friend of mine, she’s very well-known, and she’s not public about hers, and she said to me, “You have to do the whole thing”.’
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star had only ever done Botox and fillers before, but she ultimately decided to go all the way with her facial makeover.
‘The only analogy I could give is like you remodel a house and do one room and the room looks great, but it doesn’t match the rest of the house,’ she explained.
She then gushed about Dr Talei’s work, calling it ‘impeccable.’
‘He did the neck, the lower face, the upper, the brow lift. The only thing he didn’t do were my lower lids. He did my upper lids.’
She added: ‘It was the best thing I did for myself.’
Richards isn’t the only one in her family going under the knife, with her daughter Sami Sheen getting a nose job in 2024.

Sheen’s surgery was documented on Bravo’s Denise Richards & Her Wild Things, with Sami seeking out celebrity surgeon Dr Deepak Dugar for one of his famous ‘Scarless Nose’ jobs.
It’s a closed rhinoplasty that involves making incisions inside of the nose so that none of the cuts are externally visible, and provides more natural results when done correctly.
Open rhinoplasties can sometimes lead to scarring on the underside of the nose, especially on the columella, which is the strip of tissue that separates the nostrils.
A scarless nose job costs roughly between $19,000 and $24,000, and healing can take as little as a week.
Dr Dugar estimates that the vast majority of celebrities who have had nose jobs have done so with a closed, scarless approach.

The star’s daughter Sami Sheen has also gone under the knife, most notably for a ‘scarless’ nose job from Dr. Deepak Dugar
‘I’m part of an 80-year legacy practice here in Beverly Hills doing celebrity nose jobs and I can tell you that most celebrity rhinoplasty is closed scarless rhinoplasty because of the discretion,’ he told the Daily Mail back in 2024.
‘They don’t want people to know they had a nose job. There’s still a taboo and a stigma no matter who you are. They want very natural results that look like it could have been what they were born with,’ he continued.
‘The cookie cutter, TikTok, Instagram, Turkish upturned nose job, the “Barbie nose” as they call it, everyone knows you can’t really be born with that.’
Sheen, who now works as an OnlyFans creator, has also had a breast augmentation, fillers and Botox, and has porcelain veneers too.
Richards is also one of the top creators on OnlyFans, with the actress raking in well over six figures a month on the site.
Outside of OnlyFans, Richards currently stars on The Bold and the Beautiful.
