Katie Price shocked fans with a scary heavy makeup look as she turned heads on the National Television Awards red carpet on Tuesday night.
The former glamour model, 48, revealed earlier in the day that she had been left with a black eye after getting face filler and new breast implants just hours before.
Yet despite her latest cosmetic procedures, Katie was determined to still attend the glamorous awards show.
And Katie made sure to make an impact as she transformed her face with bold black eyeliner and highlight, before heavily lining her lips with brown gloss.
Covering up her new breast implants, she paired a long-sleeved white shirt with a very racy pair of nude and black lace shorts which she paired with black tights.
Completing the look with black heels, Katie gelled her hair back in a wet-look and accessorised with large diamond Valentino earrings.

Earlier in the day Katie showed off her new bigger breast implants and a black eye just hours after flying back from Brussels where she had the cosmetic procedures done.
Katie, who has had around 17 boob jobs – and only recently increased her cup size this summer – took to Instagram to show off the aftermath of the surgery.
Undeterred by her black eye and bandaged breasts, a determined Katie revealed she was getting her hair and make-up done to walk the red carpet.
Katie said: ‘So everyone it is National TV Awards. What did Price do yesterday?
‘So, I went to Brussels because one of my boobs was still slightly bigger than the other. So, they put a new implant in and while they were there, I said, “Oh, go on, just put a bit more in both of them.”‘
The television personality said she had filler in her face put in – but it has made her ‘look like a hamster’.
Showing off the swelling and bruising, Katie said: ‘Where my face was hollow here as you get older and lose weight, he put filler in for me, obviously while I was asleep.
‘He does it under the muscle right into the bone. I’ve woken up this morning, I didn’t have anything put here, nothing, but I think the swelling has dropped so I look like a hamster and it’s sore.’

Katie is attending the awards after Sky aired a four-part documentary, Katie Price: Nothing To Hide, which explored three decades of her life in the public eye.
Last month, Olivia Attwood’s show Price Of Perfection aired on ITV and Katie made a guest appearance where she talked about her extensive cosmetic surgery.
Katie has had multiple surgeries including six face lifts, 17 breast augmentations, dental work and a fox eye op.
Yet Katie estimated she has only paid a fraction of the price because of the free procedures she has been offered.
Although she has received many free treatments over the years due to her fame, Katie insisted she ‘would be able to pay if she wanted to’.
‘How many surgeries do you reckon you’ve had in total?’ Olivia questioned.
‘Oh my god, that’s really hard,’ Katie said. ‘Maybe about 30 or 40? I must have done.’
Olivia asked: ‘You’ve had a lot of free surgeries but you’ve also paid for a lot as well. Over the years would you say it’s been a mix of free surgeries and paid?’
Katie said: I’ve probably paid £40,000 all in.’
Completely shocked, Olivia replied: ‘In total? Is that it?’
She hit back: ‘I could pay for it if I wanted to get it done.’
